About
Paul Lennox is a composer, producer, drummer and artist creating large-scale, narrative-driven music that explores philosophy, atmosphere and human experience. His work blends orchestral writing, cinematic production and modern compositional practice to build immersive sonic worlds rooted in emotional impact, melody and visual storytelling.
Current projects include Mythos, an orchestral suite inspired by Greek mythology, and Andrei Rublev: A Tarkovsky Chronicle, a symbolic orchestral work exploring faith, suffering, silence and artistic purpose. These works form part of a broader artistic vision centred on storytelling, symbolism and the idea that creation itself can become a form of meaning.
Alongside his compositional work, Paul has co-written, produced and performed on a wide range of artist projects, working closely with songwriters and performers to develop recordings from initial concept through to final master. His collaborative work spans songwriting, production, mixing, mastering and live performance, combining technical precision with a strong focus on musical identity, emotional impact and commercial potential.
Paul is also an experienced session drummer and educator, with work including international touring and teaching at institutions such as WaterBear, BIMM and BN1 Arts. He holds an MA in Popular Music Practice, a BA (Hons) and a PG Certificate. His broader practice informs his creative approach, bringing together performance, production, rhythm, structure and large-scale musical storytelling.
Through both his artistic and collaborative work, Paul’s focus remains on creating music that is structurally cohesive, emotionally resonant and conceptually driven.
